Service Agreement:

By availing of our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Booking and Confirmation:

Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Deepika Cargo Packers and Movers.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing within the specified time frame to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

Liability and Insurance:

While every effort is made to ensure the safety of your belongings, Deepika Cargo Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any loss or damage, unless caused by negligence.

Claims Procedure:

In the event of loss or damage, claims must be reported in writing within a specified time frame. Deepika Cargo Packers and Movers will review and process claims in accordance with our policies.

Force Majeure:

Deepika Cargo Packers and Movers shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of karnataka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in karnataka.

Changes to Terms:

Deepika Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
